The staff at East Oaks Dental was absolutely phenomenal, from check in, to x-rays, to explaining costs, everything was done with care. There was no pressure on their recommendations or no upselling on services. Dr. McKenna was extremely kind and did a wonderful job explaining what is going on in my mouth. The banter from the Dr. McKenna and the team at East Oaks throughout my appointment was also nice and made the appointment go by quick. They were efficient, and it was a refreshing experience overall to feel safe and know you are in good hands with your health. While. it is a business, I have not felt valued more as a patient then a payment in a very long time regarding the state of health care as a whole today. Thank you so much!
